Naomi works with hotels and restaurants where she implements healthy menus. Her services include; creating the concept based on the client’s individual requirements for their customer base, creating the recipes, teaching the recipes to the chefs, sourcing ingredients, writing the menu, training waiting staff on concept, ingredients and nutritional benefits and marketing through social media channels.
Some of her recent clients include bringing gluten free and sugar-free children’s snacks to The Monte Carlo Munchkins Club menu, putting a healthy twist on classic French and Italian dishes for The Monaco Restaurant Group, bringing a vegan breakfast menu to Modjo and creating a “Light & Lean” healthy breakfast menu for The Fairmont Monte Carlo
Her passions and vision for a healthier way of life has even extended across the seas to stunning Thailand where she implemented some healthy lunches, snacks, juices, smoothies and sweet treats into a gorgeous get away retreat.
