Our Blends are held in warehouses in the UK.  We are striving to provide the quickest and cheapest solutions for postage.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with our chosen options of postage please contact us orders@naomis.kitchen

General Delivery Information

Orders are processed on working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). All orders placed with UK delivery should arrive within 3 working days of you placing.  Other EU orders can take up to 8 working days.  We do our best to turn our deliveries around within 24 hours.  Please contact us orders@naomis.kitchen for your tracking number if required as this information is not automatically sent to you.

Next day delivery orders (exclude weekends and UK Bank Holidays) must be received by 4pm. If you have any queries, special requirements or require gift-wrapping, please contact us at orders@naomis.kitchen

Please note we cannot be responsible for orders once they have been signed for via Royal Mail at the given address.  We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. 

Order Process

Once you have placed your order with us you should automatically receive acknowledgment of receipt of order. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order following acknowledgement, you will contacted by email or telephone immediately. Special offers and discounts may be offered for a selected period only, we are unable to offer these discounts beyond the stated dates.  Products that are out of stock are not available for back order, for more information on new stock delivery please contact orders@naomis.kitchen.

On receipt of your order please inspect the products thoroughly to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase and the products have lived up to your expectation. We will assume you love and have accepted your order, any problems are to be reported within 48 hours of receipt. You can cancel the order in accordance with your cancellation rights and/or you return the goods in accordance with our returns policy. Should you fail to take such action, we are not obligated to accept any rejection by you of the merchandise at a later date. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Payment

Payment can be made by any of the following methods: Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Electron, Solo, Switch, Maestro and paypal. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the point at which your order is acknowledged. Please note that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the issuer of the card. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorise payment to Naomi’s Kitchen Ltd, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of goods. Please note that we retain the legal ownership of all merchandise until full payment has been made by you and received by us. Legal ownership of the merchandise will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the merchandise to you.

Returns

We hope that you will love you super goodies as much as we do, however, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within seven days of your receipt of goods provided they are unopened, unused and undamaged.  Should your parcel be damaged on receipt we advise you to take photo’s of the packaging and the goods as this may be needed to process the refund.  

Refunds will be issued following an inspection of the goods, once confirmed, the refunded amount may take up to 10 working days to credit your account.  We are unable to refund for postage costs.

Returns Process

If you wish to cancel your order or return damaged goods please follow these these stops

Step 1:  Inform us within 24hours of receipt of damaged parcel if you wish for it to returned.  Please email orders@naomis.kitchen with your customer order number and any photographs that may help support your case.  If you are returning goods you are not satisfied with please give us an explanation of the reasons why you changed your mind.  Please note this does not effect your rights to cancel or return but is useful feedback for our continued customer services and product development

Step 2: Once we have received your request we will respond 24 hours via email advising you of the return shipping address.

It is strongly recommend that your return your items by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for returned goods.  We are unable to refund postage costs.

Step 3: Once the goods are received we will refund you the amount paid for the goods. This could take up to 30 days although it will be actioned immediately. We do not refund the original delivery charge unless the goods are faulty or have been incorrectly supplied.

Please note that postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

Cancellation Rights

Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days from the date of receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. For further details of how to return merchandise please see our Returns section. Where goods are delivered to a third party you may exercise your right to cancel if you are able to return the merchandise to us. Your statutory rights are not affected.
