Energise ME Breakfast in a glass

Sometimes when you make a smoothie it cab be a little too thick to drink.

This recipe is a little bit like this and is very much dependant on the size of the avocado and banana you are using (the bigger they are, the thicker the smoothie).  So should this happen to you, don’t fret thinking you have done something wrong, ditch your straw and grab a spoon and enjoy the goodness within!

Naomi's Recipe

Energise ME Breakfast in a glass


  • 3/4 cup rice milk
  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tsp cacao powder
  • 8 cashew nuts
  • 1 pitted medjool date
  • 1 tbsp I AM Energised 
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp homemade granola


Add all the ingredients to a blender apart from the granola and blend until smooth

Transfer to a glass or bowl and add granola

Either drink your goodness or slurp it up from a spoon!

Naomi's TIP

If you don’t have cashew nuts then you can add in any other nut or a protein powder
