Energy Booster Breakfast Smoothie

This time of year is especially busy and in times of stress our immunity can become depleted and our adrenal glands take a battering.  This smoothie will boost your immune system and nourish your adrenals providing nutritional support that also tastes great!

Naomi's Recipe

Serves: 1


  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cored apple
  • 1 cup mixed frozen berries
  • A large handful organic spinach
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tsp maca (optional)
  • 1 tbs I AM Energised


Put everything into a high speed blender and blitz on high until smooth

Drink immediately with a big beautiful smile and energise your body mind and soul.

Naomi's TIP

Even though I AM Energised contains maca in times of extreme fatigue it can be worth boosting maca intake.
