Figgy Pudding Smoothie

This is a delicious smoothie which uses figs – one of my favourite fruits! Hope you love it as much as we do.

When you are giving your kids smoothies be sure to hide them in a fun cup – they won’t even know they are drinking their greens!!

Naomi's Recipe


  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 1/2 ripe pear
  • 1 ripe fresh fig
  • 1/2 cup ripe blueberries
  • 1 cube of frozen spinach
  • 1 tsp cashew butter
  • 1 - 2 pitted medjool dates
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder - optional
  • 1 tbs raw cacao


Add everything to a high speed blender and blitz on high until smooth.   Pour, serve and drink immediately - suitable and enjoyable for both big and little folk!!

Naomi's TIP

If you are using fresh spinach be sure to use either frozen blueberries or ice cubes otherwise the smoothie will be warm and not very tasty!!   The sweetness comes from the fruit so make sure your produce is ripe otherwise you will get a bitter smoothie
