How To Use

Step ONE:

  • Pour your chosen cold liquid into the shaker cup
  • Decide whether you want a shot or a longer drink.  For a shot add 100ml, for a longer drink add 200ml.
  • Examples of liquid:  Coconut water, coconut milk, almond milk (or any other non dairy milk), fresh fruit and or vegetable juice, water or lemon water.  

Naomi’s TIP:  The less liquid you use the more intense the flavour.  If you don’t have a shaker cup you can also use a clean jam jar or a hand/stick blender.  You can also add to your morning, pre or post workout smoothie.

Step TWO:

Naomi’s TIP:  If you are struggling with the taste start with a lower amount of 1 tsp (5g) and gradually increase as your taste buds adapt to the new flavours.  Also experiment with the liquid and try out other combinations until you find what works for you.

Step THREE:

  • Screw the lid on firmly and shake vigorously until completely combined – drink immediately while repeating your I AM mantra – feel the goodness working!   

Naomi’s TIP:  Please note that the blends are 100% natural with no fillers so you may find that the blend is a little textured.  If you are not keen on this try using a hand/stick blender or adding to a smoothie instead.

Our I AM Superfood blends are best taken in the morning to help support and energise you throughout the day.  

You can also take the blends in the afternoon, we advise to avoid taking them in the evening as some of the blends contain small amounts stimulating adaptogens such as maca and matcha.

We recommend mindfulness around all your food and drink choices and hope you can tune into yourself to discover and feel how the blends are benefiting you.
