Wellness/Food Coaching




I am a certified Holistic Health Coach with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and an Eating Psychology Practitioner with Institute of Eating Psychology.  I work with my clients to help them find balance in all areas of their life as I believe that health as a whole extends beyond the plate and what we are eating.   We all have different needs so I work on a one to one basis giving each client a personal bespoke approach to their health and wellness.

All my clients are at different levels when they first set out, therefore the key element to my successful coaching is to meet my clients where they are and not where I am or where I think they should be.  It is key to go at their own pace to ensure that lifelong results are achieved.

For ongoing health issues, complaints or problems it is greenly advisable to work together for at least 3 or 6 months where I support you on your healing journey and hold you accountable for the goals we will set together.

Sessions last 55 minutes and are in person or via Skype or phone.

A one off consultation is enough to get some of my clients back on track and inspired to kick start healthy habits.  A typical session will last 90 minutes and run through your diet, lifestyle and exercise.  Recommendations and resources are provided at the end of the session and followed up in a written report.
