Sweet Lean and Green

This is a refreshing recipe which is slightly sweeter than usual however balanced with a serving of I AM Lean as the fibre in the blend, spinach and banana slow down the release of natural sugars into the bloody system.

Sweet Lean and Green


Ingredients

  • 1 cup freshly squeezed pineapple juice
  • 2 tablespoons coconut yoghurt
  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 1 cube of frozen spinach
  • 10g I AM Lean

Method

If you are making fresh pineapple juice, peel the pineapple and feed through your juicer.

Pour the juice into a high speed blender and add all the other ingredients

Blend on high speed until smooth.

Serve in your favourite glass and enjoy the gorgeous lean goodness of this delicious smoothie with a smile!

Naomi's TIP

If you don’t make your own pineapple juice then that’s ok too, you can use a high quality carton/bottle instead.
